Not a Problem

I reloaded LocusPro on a new Smartphone but I am unable to reload Maps.

I am ready to pay again but I am unable to transfer money on my account.


Any directions of use are welcome.

Hello Francois,

your purchases and LoCoins (money) are registered for your account in Locus Store. The account is defined by email you used on old device. More over some you can download some maps (LoMaps) one year from purchase for free.

However it's needed to use the same email that you used to use on old device. So do you use the same account, please?

I finally succeeded without problems.

The server should have been in trouble.

Sorry, I do not master Android enough to be able to remember exactly what I did.

When I tried to get Lo coins, Android or LocusMap let me waiting indefinitely.


Note that I was not aware that from LocusMap appli, I could buy through Google PlayStore. I am still puzzled that Google has in its database my MasterCard and just ask for the CVC code. I probably want to change my account settings.

I see :) I only want to avoid the same situation. There was probably some temporary network issue.

Everything about payment in Google Play app is managed by Google. How to "remove" the credit card id described in: https://support.google.com/payments/answer/6220320?hl=en
