Retrieve map purchased

Good evening, I wanted to ask how I can retrieve a map previously purchased and downloaded! Unfortunately due to a problem with the Galaxy s5 or had to format everything and I lost the map that I bought!

Hello Bruno,

it depends on type of map that you have downloaded. For example vector maps can be downloaded for one year from purchase. But other maps Swisstopo, Outdooractive can be downloaded only once. Every downloading of Swisstopo or Outdooractive is new purchase. I'm sorry for that but this behaviour is influenced by contracts with map providers.

dipende dal tipo di carta che avete scaricato. Per esempio mappe vettoriali possono essere scaricate per un anno dalla data di acquisto. Ma altre mappe swisstopo, Outdooractive possono essere scaricati solo una volta. Ogni download di swisstopo o Outdooractive è nuovo acquisto. Mi dispiace per questo, ma questo comportamento è influenzato da contratti con i fornitori di mappa.

I'm sorry for that. But in this case is rally needed to purchase map again (as is described in terms of use of OA maps). However it is allowed to manually backup downloaded file (for example copy the file to the PC).

It depends which map do you use (swisstopo, outdooractive,...) and off-course the name of map itself. Downloaded map is stored as one file. Would you please send me the name of map you want to backup? Basically all outdooractive maps are downloaded into folder Locus/maps/outdooractive-summer or Locus/maps/outdooractive-winter.

Locus is not able to show Tomtom maps. Unfortunately there isn't manual page in English, but you can use for example google translator.

unfortunately I can not find you previous question. However the LoMaps maps can be downloaded only one year from the purchase or the latest update. Please see the description of any LoMaps in Locus Store. I can also check your history to give you more detailed answer - please create private ticket and send me you email (google account) you use in Locus store.
