I'm checking mentioned maps and it seems to be maps in unsupported 'ecw' format. Unfortunately Locus is unable to read these maps.
I'm not skilled with some map conversions, so maybe here is anyone who may say how to convert these maps to format that Locus support. You may also give a try application called mapc2mapc, which is usually able to convert map data between a lot of possible formats.
