Save OSM Notes offline if no internet

To create an OSM Note you need to have internet connection, otherwise the note is discarded. What if I'm in an area with no signal coverage? I would like for Locus to save them offline so I can upload them later when internet connection will be available.

I use the function OpenStreetsMaps

Notes to reports bugs in osm. When I'm back at home, I go through all my

'bugs' and fix them on osm. However, bug reporting requires a internet

connection. Often I don't have online connection (power, costs, coverage).

Is it possible to store bug reports locally (without online connection) and read them later ?

It seems to be a good idea to make it easier to improve osm maps.

In an offline situtation, it would be nice to have the already existing OSM Notes available (e.g. to avoid dupes) so also function "grab OSM notes and store them for offline usage" would be beneficial.

I want to encourage the possibility to save existing OSM Notes into a point-database for offline display later in the field. Reasons are: Solving/research OSM-notes on places abroad, or somewhere without internet connection.

Maybe by clicking onto a "+" icon in a notes' context menu
