I`d like to get being alerted for only some categories of POIs. So, I`d have sound alert turned on for the categories of POIs I wanted to be alerted, and off for other categories, what I`d like to see them on map, but not being alerted about them.

Yes, I`m talking about POI alerts. In Locus we get alerted by all POIs in range - so, if I set Locus to alert for a POI closer than 200 m to my current position, it will do so for all of them, no matter the type or category.

So, what I`ve asked - or at least, how can I do that with current Locus resources - is to set alert for some categories of visible POIs, and not for others. For example, set alert for Restaurants and Hotels, but not for Hospitals, or for Gas Stations but not for Milestones/Kilometer Points.

Hi Eric,

I`m just updating little bit design of POI alert function and also found this feature useful. So in next version of Locus will be possible to disable certain folders (so you may choose on which folders will be POI alert applied)
