log offline with FieldNotes
so user can use templates, favorit point and smileys for quick outdoor logs

I like this idea 
This idea is very close to what I discussed with Ormoru around two weeks ago.
Now, there are two places for editing logs/field notes. One directly in Locus during logging and second later in "Field notes" add-on. We really wants to make some united system, anyway it's quite complicated from developers point of view. Anyway I'm sure we will find some solution, so you will be able to use settings from add-on even without this extra settings.
