Settings Menu not showing in Acer 200 10" Tablet with Ice Cream Sandwich for Locus Free

Am trying to move the maps to my external SD card. Have created new folder on external card but cannot find menu option to move maps. Was trying to follow directions from another query on how to but no settings menu appears. I go to Map Manager/Personal and there should be a settings menu but none appears. Is there another way to move the maps to my external card?

I'm sorry for late response.
I suggest that your device does not have hardware menu button. Anyway can you create screenshot for as, please? Is the situation the same when you rotate the phone? And what about other tabs (online, vector) is there any menu button (three dots )?

u can use a normal filemanager.
