Shading file downloads

Hi there, I want to make use of the shading in the new version but cant find where to download the topo files from. Do you have any links to the UK files?

there you can zoom in your country and download the file,

create a PIO in the area you want to have shading and update hightdata for this point

Thanks for the quick response. I have already downloaded files from that site but Locus Pro says `importing` then nothing happens. I don`t see any shading on my maps. Am I just missing a further step?

Try to copy all your *.hgt files (eg: N37W093.hgt) to ../Locus/data/srtm/..
and be sure you have enabled "shading maps" in the settings (map-advanced)

That`s solved it. Thank you very much. Importing was just copying the zip file to the import folder.
