Thank you for screenshot. Unfortunately 4Umaps are not available on some devices. More about this issue is written in topic http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/outdoor-4umaps-says-map-is-not-available-for-this-area-vancouver-bc-canada
Issue will be fixed in next Locus version or you can try the latest beta version where is issue already fixed. http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:about:free_beta_testing
