Store: error code 303

Not a Problem

When I click store in the menu and select my google account I get that error, see screenshot. What can be wrong?

Locus version 3.11.3

Few month ago I bought locus coins and download some maps.

Good day Thomas,


very interesting. Code 303 means, that Locus has some problems, better - Android has some problems with communications with Google servers to verify your gmail account.


I should suggest to restart device (usually best cure on various undefined problems), or clear cache of Google Play application and try it again. Let me know if anything helped. If not, I'll try to search on internet if there isn't any method, that may help here.

I tried both, restart system and to clear the cache. But the error still occurs.

Google play app works, so I suggest, my account is OK.

Good day Thomas, seems that this problem is not un-usuall as is seems here for example: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10758255/ioexception-thrown-by-accountmanagerfuture-getresults-whereas-connection-is-aliv . May you please create for me a log with this method: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_create_debug_log . Hope, there will be any useful information.

The problem does not exist today. When I tried to create the debug log, the store opened without error.

Ah, this is best answer I may get :). Thank you too for patience. It really seems to be some temporary problem on Google server. Anyway I'm glad it works now. Enjoy Locus.
