For me the Sigma ANT+ heart rate Transmitter (Art. Nr 20505) and the Cadence Transmitter (Art. Nr. 20503) worke fine on a Sony Xperia M4. Did you install the ANT+ Radio and Plugin Service apps?

Hello Joseph,
Georg, thanks for bringing this topic back to alive :). Heart rate & cadence sensors over ANT+ protocol use united method for communication. So if one sensor works, all should.
As Georg wrote, do you have installed all requirements to make ANT+ working? You also don't wrote anything specific. Please try to describe more precisely what is working and what isn't. Maybe some screenshots may helps. Thank you

Hello,
Thank you for the answer. Unfortunately, I cant remember the transmitters number. They were original equipment of Sigma ROX10. I used an LG G3 phone then, and I have tried, and installed ANT+ services, which you can download from googleplay. None of the sensors worked on the phone.
Now I have sold my ROX10 and bought an Garmin.
Thank you for your help.
