support of links in POIs
Completed
Please can you add support for URL links in POIs (so for example we can call a wikipedia link from POIs) - It would be a great way to call intents too.
Hello Arnaud
i think it works already.
Isn`t it?
An example (created in GE):
import this single test POI in your Locus and see what happend.

There is a link inside to a webpage.

Or do you mean a button+text input field to insert a link into the description?

Hi Gynta,
Thanks for the tip with the kml file from GE.
I was thinking about the explicit support for links mentioned in the GPX specs (http://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/1/#ty...) but I didn`t realise that Locus already supports links in the description field, which is good enough!
Arnaud.

Arnaud, did you tried these links in GPX? I`m sure they should work also. Links should be then visible on bottom of point dialog

Hi Menion,
I`ve just tried to export a GPX waypoint with Garmin mapsource and it does indeed work (I see a clickable "URL: web link" in the waypoint details)
I assumed that Locus didn`t support links because there is no URL field in the waypoint editor, but I should have tried to import a GPX with urls first :)

yes, it`s correct. There is no place where you can manually define URL. Anyway if it`s included in imported file, it will be visible.
Ability to define some more metadata information for points, as well as adding own URLs, is planned
