Hello Michael,
there was an issue in previous version but it should be fixed in the latest 3.18.5 version. Could you please describe what exactly happen when you select map in list of offline maps?

I'm using 3.18.5, installed from play store just today. When i open the Swisstopo map, it says "loading" for a short moment, then the map window ist just grey with the cursors most of the time. However, sometimes it's black showing only the hiking trails that come with the map. So sometimes it seems to load partially at least.
Sigh. I've been using locus maps happily for the last weeks and it worked perfectly. Then today i accidentally deleted four Swisstopo maps. Bought and d/l one of them again and now it doesn't work anymore. Sigh

sorry for a delay. Petr left for a small vacation, so I'll try to help instead of him.
I'm looking into your account and seems you have purchased Malcantone and Valle Leventina maps, is it correct? Seems that Petr already refunded your purchase, so you should got back your 1920 LoCoins.
If you have installed latest 3.18.5 version of Locus, please delete these two invalid maps and try to download them again. There were a issue in communication between Locus and swisstopo server, that should be fixed in latest Locus Map version.
I'm really sorry to hear about such troubles. Mainly about lost of maps by accident. Don't you have any previous backup? If there were no big changes on your SD card, there also exists some tools, that may restore data from SD card even if you deleted them. Because maps are quite costly (and we are not able to offer repeatable downloads because of terms of use swisstopo map provider), it should worth a try.

Thanks for jumping in. Saw the refund, thanks for that. I never had a problem with prior versions of locus. The trouble started *after updating to 3.18.5* . Will try to download again however. I should still have the deleted maps on an older phone i'm not using anymore, so no worry about that. Will keep you updated.

Menion, Unfortunately i couldn't recover the maps since the old phone is gone. Started downloading the maps again, beginning with Valle Antigorio. Now the hiking trails don't show anymore in the map like they always did. What is that now???

Hi Petr, Thanks for the refund and the gift. I'll wait for the next version and start reinstalling the maps then. Can you comment on what goes wrong with the Malcantone map? Since it's pretty pointless to download the maps again and again and they're still not working, we should know what the source of the problem is.
