Swisstopo maps won't download

On august 17th 2017 I bought Zürich swisstopo. I tried to download the map. It doesn't work.

thank you for screenshots and I'm sorry I didn't read your first message carefully.

The Swisstopo map can be downloaded only once - please see the description of any Swisstopo map in the Locus Store, where is written

IMPORTANT! Only one complete download of a purchased map package is possible - any repeated download of the same package is subject of another purchase

Is there any chance that you backup the map downloaded in 2017?

I'm sorry I found this old but still unanswered topic. I'm not sure if it's still valid but Swisstopo maps are available for free downloading now. So please feel free to download it again.
