Sync POIs and maps between 2 devices

Hi! I use Locus one 2 devices, one Samsung Galaxy S1 and one Tablect Acer Iconia A510.
It would be grateful if it be possible to have a synchronize of POIs and maps between the devices.
At this time I work with exports and imports, but this doesn`t work with maps.

Synchronization in any way, is not possible in current Locus version.

Just an idea, not tested...
Use dropbox/dropsync for this:
- connect both devices to the same dropbox account
- IIRC, dropsync (pro) can sync selected directories to the dropbox account
This should (could) work, as long as you do not download maps on both devices and sync both devices afterwards...

I also think this should be useful solution. You can in Locus add some external directory with maps, so you can both instalations point to some dropbox directory with maps

If you work with mapItems, POIs are simply *.gpx files in your phones file system (eg /sdcard/locus/mapItems/campgrounds.gpx). It should be possible to sync these on different devices with the help of some 3rd party file sync tool. Not really elegant, but at least a partial solution.

I`m glad I don`t have two devices, but I know this time will come in a future. Besides that, I would like to share my points instantly with friends.

As Google is acting weird lately with downgrading their maps application, I want to move away from their maps app as sson as possible, meaning I do not want to depend on it.
One very useful service for me is, that I can mark a location or add something to a custom map and have it availble on my Phone / Tablet when I need it.
It will already be great to keep my devices synced to a ftp account or similiar. Integration with some other web service would be great (for desktop modifications, planning etc like on GPSies) but this would propably asked too much :-)
