Tablet hardware reccomandation
Answered
I'm looking for a tablet around 7' - 8' inch and I would buy it especially for working with Locus Map.
I need to know if a wifi without lte would have a good gps positioning and which specs I need to look for to obtain the best from locus map. If you have any reccomandation it is welcome! Thanks, Kiks
Hello Enrico,
from my developer point of view, Locus should run on all possible devices! So it more depend on your preferences.
Anyway what I may suggest is to prefer smaller resolutions then new crazy 2560x1920 (and similar), because raster maps (online/personal) aren't able to correctly scale, so usually everything is really tiny.
And if device with LTE will have better GPS possition - I think it should not have any influence. If you need better GPS, be sure your new device support USA GPS and also Russia Glonass. This helps a lot.
