Hi Detlef,
1) if you want to add a new point - select "Add new point" (from menu or point manager) > tap "location" and edit coordinates.
2) if you want to edit coordinates of an existing point - open the point detail screen (tap on the point on map > tap the label or tap the point in the point manager) > tap its coordinates >edit them > tap SET to confirm.

I've discussed this with the author of the app and he said there hasn't been any need to edit trackpoint coordinates. If you want to insert a point with exact coords to a route, do it via route planner: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:tracks:planning#add_individually_defined_points
