Solved
Locus 3.6.1. Navigation generator / offline GraphHopper: Export tcx file not functional as all Coursepoint have same <Time>1970-01-01T00:00:00Z</Time>, no association possible.

I cannot say I'm perfectly satisfied with "times handling" in Locus, but at least issue is history! Thanks
