The spot height in track chart on Baltic Sea is faulty.

I used Locus Pro with Open-Sea-Map for boat trib and got 48m difference in height at the Baltic Sea. The tide is not so big.
Also in harbour 48m was displayed when water depth was 3m.
Whats wrong here?
