Thumbnails are not detailed anymore

what has changed?
only names of bigger towns are visible
old tracks display more detailed map thumbnails
If i refrech a old detailed thumbnail it´s also gone

i use/test always with official PRO and BETA,
Locus is always installed intern, maps and themes are on external SD also Vectormaps of this area are available.
Now i noticed that thumbnails only on my Motorola G3, MM6.0.1 are not detailed loaded after refrech.
On my SGS2 with CM13 6.0.1 all works fine

please try new Beta version. There were small problem with correct find of visible map. It should be solved now. At least I really hope, because otherwise I'll unfortunately need to simulate this problem.

In this case, may you please send me GPX of your track and vector map (link to download somewhere or name from Locus Store) you expect to see as a background for this track? I'll try to test, why expected map is not selected for this track. Thank you!

attached you find Heutalwald.gpx of track from screenshot, this one with tumbnail map
available on device are Lomaps "germany south" and "badenwurttemberg" new version (adress search)
But it doesn´t matter i use imported track e.g. from GPSies or it´s written by locus
and it occure only on my Motorola G3, MM6.0.1

Very nice. I have same problem and reason is also surprising. I have quite old France vector map. It has old definition of coverage - definition as a huge rectangle. And your track is in this rectangle so Locus choose a France map as a first map that cover this track and used this. New maps (maps with addresses), has more precise definition of coverage so they should work better.
I've implemented a solution, that such huge maps will be moved to back in list of possible map sources that solved issue for me. So you will probably have similar problem (maybe just with different map like map of south of Germany). So in next version ... another try. Thanks!

Perfect, thanks for confirmation. I hope that changes because of this issue also helps to offer "better" maps in Quick map switch feature and probably also auto-loading of vector maps.
