Timestamp in track point info
Gathering feedback
It`s very nice you can travers a track by the up/down arrows. And the distances are adjusted accordingly.
I do use Locus tracks to geo tag my photos (e.g. where my TZ10 fails - and it does frequently). Matching via timestamp of photo (using Picasa as photo tool) versus timestamps in the track.
However, it`s tedious always to navigate a bit, then push "info", close thsi again, navigate further etc.
There is enough room to put the timestamp into the little info box which is coming when you hit/select a point on the track.
And I would hope this is a piece of cake, as the point data structure carries that anyway.
Can you pls. advise ?

Hi Michael,
you`re trying to find "correct" place where you were in some exact time? If so, did you tried to use chart screen for this purpose? (it`s available as a second tab in track information screen). There you may select to display "time" on X axis, so it should be much easier to find exact time and then move on this time on map

This is even more tedious. The time is indicated in delta hrs from track start. And even if it were the absolute time, it`s still this messy back and forth.
My proposal will leave you in ONE screen, you scroll forward and backward with the arrows on the left hand side bar.
There is nothing more efficient than that.
You`d see the time - and the location all at once.
Best regards

Hello Michael,
I understand but sorry, have to denied this idea. There is place for date, but I`m sure, most people do not need to look at times all the time, so it will require additional settings. And in this case, I`m sure that exist much better tools then Locus, how to place photos on exact location. Also times are visible when you tap on "i" as you wrote. Not as fast as you need, but still usable

Hi Menion, coming back from another long trip and dealing with locating quite a number of fotos, this handling still sucks !
But I stumbled across a possibility, where your argument above does not apply ;-)
If you pick a point and get its info (popup with the point number on the left top), there are three functions offered: "+", map and more functions popup.
You can EASILY add previous and next button to walk through the points with all the nice info at hand that this screen displays anyway.
And there IS plenty of space on the bottom - to add two buttons to the existing three.
Buy this ;-) ?
