To be able to visualize a circle around my position - In connection with the Coronavirus

Hello,
In France, as part of the confinement rules relating to Coronavirus, we are authorized to do some physical activity (walking) provided that we do not move more than 1000 meters from our home.
è Would it be possible to be able to visualize a circle of configurable diameter around our position?
