Track chart works on one phone, not on another.

I have Locus Map Pro installed as default on two smartphones, an Alcatel Pixi 3 (4.5), which has GPS, and an Alcatel Pixi 3 (3.5), which does not and uses the phone signal for location. Both are set up to collect and display heart rate data.
The configurations are identical, but although the (4.5) collects and displays track data, including a heart rate/time chart, the (3.5) reports 'No data for chart' no matter what parameters I choose for the chart. The chart reports 'No data for left axis'
Might this be a hardware difference on the devices, or is there any Locus setting that can resolve/verify this difference?

from what you wrote, I may suggest to open chart settings ( most bottom left button on "Chart" screen ) and here check what is set to display for "Axis X (left)" parameter. You are probably trying to display value that is not recorded for current track. Hope this helps.
