I'm sorry, but it is really complicated to give proper answer with so little information.
May you please post some screenshot of track, or a track itself. Also how you get/created a track? With track recording feature? Then it may be a "problem" of too long distance for recorded points defined in track recording profile. And last, what device and Android version are you using? In latest Android 6.0+ is new feature that may turn off GPS in some cases (battery optimization - http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:gps_lost_fix_android6).
