Trackrecording profile setting not use folder style

If I set up the tracking profile color to red it's automatically using the color e.g. green of the folder. I have to change settings to don't use folder style for every single track. Thats annoying. I wish there would be a setting in trackrecording setting to not use folder style

Hi Ivo,

deactivate line settings of the folder your save the tracks into - the result is what you need - the tracks keep the line style of your recording profile. Uncheck the option "draw line" in your folder line style settings. More at http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:tracks:management#track_route_folder_style

No it doesn't for me. I see then only dots. When I then uncheck use folder style in the track then I see it as it should be.

I see, you're right - my mistake, sorry. It's done other way:

- uncheck auto-saving track after recording

- record the track

- after STOP, tap the folder style line (opens line style settings window)

- uncheck "Use style of the folder"

- save the track

- next time when you are recording with this profile, the track will be saved with the track recording profile style, not with the folder style
