I have a new phone (Hisense A6) which does not support Google Play store. Is there a way to transfer Locus Maps I purchased with my old phone together with the maps I have bought?

Hi Edward,

I'm sorry but the Google Play is needed for validation of your license of the Locus map app (I suggest that you purchased app on the Google Play)

Thank you for understanding

Hi Petr,

If I buy the app again (e.g. on Amazon) can I at least use the previous maps I have bought?

Thanks,

Edward

Hi Edward,

yes that possible - you can copy the old maps from old device to the new one (copy files from folder /Locus/maps and /Locus/mapsVector to the same location on the new phone). It's also needed to login into the Locus store with the same email you used on the old device. Please see https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:move_to_new_device_sd_card

Best regards

Petr
