Transfer from Wiko Ridge 4G ( Android 5.1) to LG Q7+ (Android 8 Oreo) - no download of online maps

Not a Problem

Hello,

due to a broken phone i had to transfer all my files to a new one.

==> Wiko Ridge 4G ( Android 5.1) to LG Q7+ (Android 8 Oreo)

All my online maps are OSM MTB Europe. I keep some copies on the SD Card.

After copying i was able to open all existing Map data and downloaded and self created tracks.

Unfortunately it refuses to download further maps now, they remain on the same state.

may you please write to us in detail what means "it refuses to download"? Some screenshot or error message? Thank you.

It was telling in Map view that no connection exists. After reading in again the backup file it mentioned problems with the path of the data at opening.

Now it opens no Map at all with some error message Map Zoom

After trying to copy everything again according your hint:

the problem still exists but only for OSM MTB Europe. All the other MAPS seem to load corretly data when there is no data offline available

I finally tried MTB maps as well and indeed, same issue on my device. Just testing it and seems that this is issue in their web server. Whole server http://mtbmap.cz seems to be down.

We will try to contact them and let you know here, thanks.
