Transparency with WMS layers

I live in Croatia and have WMS layers in topo and cadastral. Is there any chance to set cadastral over topo to see both on the screen?

Hi,
I hope I can understand it. You use two different WMS maps and you'd like to display them both at the same time? Unfortunately, this isn't possible with Locus Map app. However, there is another app called LocusGIS, where you can display several WMS layers, organize their orders or transparency.
