Transprarency of WMS layer
Not a Problem
Test case:
1. Offline OSM vector map turned on
2. Switch on a WMS layer (in my case there is sdi.geoportal.gov.pl/wms_topo/wmservice.aspx)
3. Set transparency to 100%
-Offline OSM map is still visible under WMS layer. (bug?)
-should be only WMS layer visible I think.
5 Set transprarency to 0%
-only OSM map is visible - OK
"Problem" here is that Locus asks WMS server with extra parameter
which means, when if server is possibly to supply layer as semi-transparent, it do it.
It is not a bug, but an intent. If you need, not to see background layer, exactly for these cases exists two "Blank maps" - light and dart. Both are at start of Online map list so use them as a background layer for these cases.
