Trouble with IGN French Map

Hello

I have some trouble with IGN french maps.

Some area are "access denied" except when you zoom in very close. It seems only one area concerned, unfortunatly in my neighborhood. This trouble doesn't appear with other maps.

Since the new version appears, the large view (larger than 7km) is not an IGN view but a généric one (seems to be the same with any map.

Hello,

I'm sorry but I'm little bit lost. Could I ask you for more information, please?

- The IGN maps on the screenshot is it Online or Offline map?

- does the mentioned generic maps change automatically from IGN when you zoom-in/out the IGN map?

I bought both online and offline maps but it seems that offline doesn't work for a while.

By the way when i'me offline there's no map any more. It used to work .

So the trouble occurs on line.

The map change occurs automatically, and no matter the selectionned map (for instance map1.eu).

Hi,

regarding map change. Would be possible for you to create short video, please? There is simple app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hecorat.screenrecorder.free that records the screen.

Please start recording - select any online map - zoom in/out to force map change

Hi,

thank you for video.

Regarding the generic map - I think that you use the Global map feature. Open Menu > Settings > maps > offline > Pre-load global map - set Disabled

Regarding IGN maps - please open Menu - Maps - Online - Cartes IGN option (three dots) - Clear cache. After that select this map to display it
