The same problem 
Hi Vladimir,
you have text to speech set as your default method of voice navigation and either the TTS in your phone is not present or is not activated or is not properly set. So, please:
1) install some TTS engine ( e.g. Google Text-to-speech)
2) set it up in your phone system settings
3) in Locus settings > Language and Units > text to speech make sure the Google TTS is selected and your language set - check it with the test phrase.
Let me know if these instructions worked.
