since I have an upgrade of locus pro, my chart dont turn anymore so I can bike straight forward on my phone.

grayed text "Hardeware Compass" ???? i didn´t know why it is grayed/inactive.
Have you some special setting for Hardware compass inside your device settings?
On the other side, your second screenshot is displayed well for me if you point NW with your device at moment you take screenshot.
round blue circle> no movement, compass needle point NE
