Unable to download compass.pl file
Solved
I use Locus Maps Pro and the SD card on which I store my maps was corrupted and I had to replace it. I have been able to get all of my maps onto the new card except for a map of Polish and Slovakian High Tatras (which I previously bought). I get an error message which I have attached a screenshot of. The card is not write protected as I can load other maps on it and they work perfectly.
Can you advise what I should do so that I can retrieve this map please?

Hi Bill,
since Android 4.4.2 applications have limited rights of reading/writing to root directory of external SD cards. Therefore, we recommend to store main Locus directory in the internal memory of the phone and some data store at external SD card. Detailed instructions are here: https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:locus_on_external_sdcard.
So in your case, move Locus root directory to internal memory, download Compass.pl maps (by default to /Locus/Maps/ folder) and move them to the external SD card to some other folder named differently than the main folders are named (e.g. Locus_ext). Then add the maps to Locus as externals (https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_maps_sdcard or https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:maps_external)
