Unable to download my first maps
Just starting to use Locus Map Pro and trying to download a couple US states maps. When I click Download, I get a popup that says the map is free (as part of my first 3 downloads), but then the Download button is greyed out. I can only select Cancel. I kept trying from different points in the Store, and suddenly got a download to work. But I need a second state, and have been unable to duplicate what I did with the first download. Got the West Virginia LoMap. Trying to get the Virginia LoMap, but keep getting only the Cancel button.
Just had a thought... perhaps I should purchase some LoCoins? I did. Tried again and this time the popup had a "agree to terms" checkbox. After checking that, download was successful -- and still free. (Previous popups were missing that checkbox.) So happy for now, but still submitting for your info.

thank you for the post. Honestly we haven't noticed such issue. Unfortunately I can provide any explanation, but feel free to email me if issue occurs again. I only mention that LoCoins aren't really needed for downloading first three LoMaps.
BTW: what about mentioned 100 LoCoins do you want to refund the purchase?

Was trying anything I could to "jump start" the free downloads. Thank you for the refund offer, but will just leave the LoCoins balance in there for future purchases.

Just downloaded my 3rd free map and I discovered why I had trouble downloading the first two. Turns out the download popup does not display properly on a landscape screen. When I rotated the phone to portrait and tried again, the popup came up with the "agree to terms" checkbox missing in landscape mode.
I notice similar issues with other "popups" as well, such as for the confirmation options when importing a .gpx/.tcx track. Just fyi.
