Unable to Navigate To poi

David Galloway shared this problem 8 years ago
Solved

when I use Naviagte to local poi or town, I get the message

datafile W5-N50.rd5/cd5 not found

I am using OSM world classic map, online. Imported routes work ok.

Thanks

Good day David,

I'm sure, this issue is not coming directly from Locus. Aren't you using for example BRouter for offline routing? It looks to me more like some notification error from BRouter then from Locus.

You may also check it by style of this popup message. All Locus messages are in quite colored windows. Alerts are usually orange or red and this one is probably common Android grey popup, right?

Thanks Menion, you are quite right. I had not installed BRouter as I thought I only needed this for offline work. The file mentioned in my email is indeed a BRouter file.

Perfect, glad to hear it. In case you won't be sure how to use BRouter with Locus, I may suggest nice post of my colleague Michal here: http://www.locusmap.eu/locus-map-can-navigate-offline/ . Have a nice day.
