Unable to search Offline address in Washington, United states

I have installed LoMaps Washington (.5.11.2018), Oregon (10.08.2018), California (02.06.2019).
When I search offline address search, I see states Oregon and California (United states), but do NOT see Washington (United States).
Hence, can search places in Oregon or California, but unable to search any place in Washington, United States.
I have LocusMaps Pro - latest update, Android - latest OS. Though, this issue has been around for a while.
Pls advise.

would you please open: Menu - Maps - Offline - America - US - options for Washington map (three dots) - Details. Please create and send me screenshot from this screen. I'd like to know if rows Address and Point of interest are set to YES (as shown on attached example)

Thank you for info. Please re-download map again. Open Menu - Store - Search for Washington LoMaps > delete map and after that download it again.
Please let me know about progress.
