We are trying to install (via an APK file) locus map on an Android Kitkat GPS device.
The installation was difficult and might nog have correct. Maybe corrupted apk file?
Anyway, does the error 10102 means anything to you?

isn't possible that your device has limited access to internet, more precisely to Google based web servers? Because such error should rarely happen only in case, Locus Map cannot connect to our server to validate installation.
Please check if any application in your device is not blocking Locus Map with access to internet.

It was the case, no internet connection to Google Play services in China.
