The Update Locus Pro 3.1.1, 3.1.2, and 3.1.3 dos not work on my Phone Medion P4013 Android 4.0.4
After a new install with Google Play Store, Locus Pro wants to load 5 MB additional Data.
But the Download crashes with error 1812, 1811.
For half a Year Locus Pro works very well on my Phone.
At the moment I use the Locus Free Version, it works well.
But I have payed for the Pro version, and I will use it.
I hope You can solve my problem

Are you able to send also a logfile?

error 1812 means that Locus ended on timeout (30 seconds) during http communication. So please check if you have working internet connection and try it again.
And thanks gynta, anyway in case of these errors, log is usually not needed. Error code should be enough to give us reason why this happen.

My internet connection works well, but Locus load nothing and end's with timeout.

there isn't a lot possibilities why this issue may happen. Locus communicate with Google Play application and this app communicate with Google servers. Locus send request and if do not receive response within 30 seconds, this error appear.
So it have to be any problem with internet access or with Google Play application.
If you say, you internet works fine, I suggest to clear cache/data of Google Play application, restart your device and try it again.
I have also increased timeout to 45 seconds to next version in case, above solution won't help.
