url in gpx export file

If I make an export of POIs to gpx file the text in tags and are included by CDATA but not the text in . Why?
This gives me problem when parsing with XMLreader in C#.

I`m not sure I understand, may you please share an sample file exported from Locus and the second with changes what you expect? Anyway CDATA is common method for inserting text that may contain dangerous characters.

sorry but I do not know how to citate here because tags are deleted. I will add an image of the export file.
The problem is that there is no CDATA in the url tag and I get error message when I use XMLreader.

ah thanks for report. Seems that my encoding of unsupported characters do not work correctly. It`s fixed now, so please wait till next version where it will be OK
