Usage of the new features (Locus 3.8.0)
Answered
Especially i'm interested in the following new features of the new version 3.8.0.
1. Ability to create navigation waypoints directly from trackpoint.
2. Ability to hide waypoints on a track chart.
3. Possibility to define training that starts/stops together with track recording.
Q: Where can i get the specific usage?
Good day senyuk,
during next week will be published new version of our manual at docs.locusmap.eu. I'm sure, most of your questions will have answer there. So instead of describing here, how to do some things, please wait a while till manual will be ready. Thanks for understanding.

Hi Sehyuk,
to shorten waiting for the new user guide here are the answers:
1) tap the trackpoint you want to create waypoint from - tap arrow on the popup label - select edit on map - tools - convert to navigation waypoint - select navigation command to associate with
2) open the chart of the track - select chart settings in the lower left corner - advanced settings (show waypoints) - uncheck the option
3) open track recording settings - select training manager - Add new training (name it) - tap the training in the list - add new event (select distance or time notification) - add training variables (distance, track time, avg. speed...) - get back to the track recording settings and select settings of the recording profile you want to associate training with - scroll down to the Advanced settings section and select Training auto-start - select your pre-defined training from the popup menu

Tigus, maybe in future... for now, the new User guide is a quite lively thing, edited, amended continuously... When we consider it complete and finished we'll think about exporting it to pdf.
