User-defined need for accuracy in Live Tracking

Currently Live Tracking only sends location pings to server when it has 100% lock, even though it has "accuracy" as one of the parameters it sends.

For example: I`m tracking my car, which has been stolen. I don`t care about 100% accuracy, I want the latest known locations even though they might be hundreds of meters off.

Please add an option to either disable the accuracy requirement completely or to define the minimum accuracy neede to send results to server.
