Vector Maps Download Problen for a new device

I purchased several vector maps between Juli and September 2014. My Sony S Tablet is damaged. Now I want to download the maps on my new tablet - but I have to pay for the maps again. Why? All my purchased maps are in my "Purchase History".

If you purchased vector map in specified version then you can download it this VERSION for one year for free. But every update for highest version caused new purchase for some LoCoins.
When older version is still available for you you should be able to see two buttons in details of item
- DOWNLOAD (previous version would be downloaded for free)
- UPDATE (new version will be purchased for specified num of LoCoins
Please note: there was small bug that download button was not shown in some special cases but it should be fixed right now.
