Vector maps: add display of hamlet names

There were recent changes to the default theme of mapsforge vectormap library 0.3.0 regarding the display of vectormaps.
It requires little changes in two xml-files (one for the map writer, the other for the map renderer):

Could you pick up these changes for the next round of vector map generation?

@Menion: I just read in the other forum that you`re generating already some maps again. Could you consider this topic? It`s really useful for countries with many very small villages (few houses).

I`m generating only complete map of Germany, France and Netherland ... in start of April I`ll start another generating. But before I want to improve system a little and also add generating of some Asia countries with English or at least readable format :). So yes, I`ll then include this ...

last generated maps should already contain this. Before every generation cycle, I include new source for MapsForge writter, so it should also contain last features. "Idea" closed
