Vector maps show up twice in locus pro

may you post a screenshot? are they shown in same folder in vector tab?

Yes, they are in the same folder, I didn`t set up dufferent folders, just the one (mapsVector).

And no, I can`t post a screenshot right now (at work...), hopefully later in the evening I`ll do it

Can you do a little workaround?

- copy one map file to another place (just as backup)

- delete this map file in "Locus/mapsVector"

- start Locus again

- tell us, if this deleted mapfile is still visible in Locus

if I edlere one of the double male vorn banken - already tested before posting the problem.

Perhaps you nicht to know: lochs is installed on a Motorola Defy with froyo

hmm I`m just looking into code ...

don`t you have for example added whole Locus directory as extra directory for maps or something with "+" button on top on Map manager screen. Which directories do you have added in this way? if any ...

EDIT: I just added some "duplicate checks" that should prevent it, so check next version

The last two updates didn`t change anything.

But, I found that the vector maps are displayed correctly when the containing folder is stored anywhere on the sd card but the locus root folder...

So for example:

sdcardlocusmapsVectormapxy.osm.map => wrong maps displayed twice

sdcardmapsVectormapxy.osm.map or

sdcardlocusdatamapsVectormapxy.osm.map => correct, maps displayed once

Problem solved so far...
