Vector maps shading for Italy not work

Solved

1. After download of vect.map of italy incl. Shadows only a very small Part of Sardinien is displayed with shadows. The rest of the island is displayed without shadows (see attachment). All other parts of Italy are displayed completely.

Is There a posibility to reload shadows?

2. On every start of locus pro a Lot of error messages are generated - see attached Screenshot. The errors occur even while working with the app. Sometimes the app crashes generating an error report (was sent!).

thank you for your report. Indeed we found a problem in definition of area for Italy, so result was incorrectly computed required files for shading.

Till then, please use any other method how to get required files for shading http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_add_map_shading , thank you!

Hi,

The shading problem may be solved.

But the second part of my report is not solved: the error messages due to access to locus directory on external sdcard (see screenshot), although the structure of locus directory is exactly as you stipulate.

Hmm hard to say, you probably somewhere setup incorrectly path to Locus mapsVector directory here: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:maps_locusmaps (toolbar > add directory) or here http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:settings:misc > "Default directories"

So please check it and if there will be any non-default reference to mapsVector diretory, remove it.

If this won't help, you may try to create a log by this method http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_create_debug_log , it may helps.

Well, I also solved this problem by clearing all temporary data.

Temporary data? Interesting. When this problem happen again in future, try to find a way how to simulate it. I'll gladly fix it.
