Hi Gelu,
Locus Map is translated in a crowd sourcing project Crowdin.
Anybody can participate in it. When all texts are translated into Romanian, we publish a new Locus Map in Romanian. Only 100% localizations can be published.
Points of interest are uploaded to LoMaps form OpenStreetMaps project. Some areas of the world are mapped with great quality and detail, some are not, it depends on local mapping communities.
