Via ferrata in the Locus Map?

siccome negli aggiornamenti della locus map non vedo le novità apportate alla mappa, come posso sapere quando verranno implementate le ferrate sulla locus map?

I have been waiting for this feature too and as far as I remember (I've stopped using Locus because of the ads in the app that I've paid for) there is a support for that (one could say "to some degree"):

- ferrata POIs are visible in LoMaps

- ladder-like or crosses marks are distinctive markings for ferrrata paths

To be honest I don't think there's anything that more could be added considering what's available in the OSM, so I'd say the feature is there. You should be able to preview this with web locus planner - look for via ferratas you're interested in to validate whether it's sufficient.

It's okay-ish for navigation, but at some point you'll probably have to fall-back to a dedicated via ferratas database such as Ferrata Guide for more detailed info.

Locus Map cannot be considered a dedicated mountaineering or climbing guide. However, the offline LoMaps displays via ferrata and useful information such as difficulty ratings, ladders, or ropes.
