Text-to-speech voice language

It should be better to select any voice language, not based on application settings. I'm using Slovak interface, but I have US English svox voice. I can't use it for navigation ir training. I can select any language in Endomondo application, it doesn't care which app language I'm using. Could you think about it? Thanks.

Okay, thought I was the only stupid one here. :-)
You got an error when selecting 'default language' in Locus. (if the corresponding TTS voice is not there)
Keeps 'loading' message when selected <dutch> language. For how long ?
On another smartphone I dont have problems since I have a dutch TTS voice there.
Use English and TTS works perfectly, if your native TTS setup in the phone is English.
Difficult to select the TTS voice undependent of user language settings ?
