Voice navigation on a bike and switchbacks, annoying !
Answered
I use voice navigation on a bike on imported gpx circuit. Works fine, except when I climb a hill with switchbacks, Locus tells me turn left and right, throughout the climb, when there is no actual intersections. It's really annoying. Is there a "switchback" setting ? :-) Or a way to tell it not to warn me to turn when there is only 1 road to follow?
Hurry please, I'm on a bike trip and I need this.

Hi Marie,
it is as in the URL 0709 posted... when you use navigation along an imported GPX that doesn't contain built-in navi commands, Locus generates them itself based on the shape of the line - it has no information about intersections as the line and the map are completely independent data. If it is that much annoying, please switch the navigation voice off.
