Waypoints in 3.3.0

Before 3.3.0 release, when I created new point, there was an ability to create waypoints. After update waypoints are available only in geocaching caches. In other points there is no tab "waypoints". Why? How can I make waypoints for any point?

there has to be some miss-understaning. Locus NEVER allowed to create some internal waypoints for a basic points. Always only for a caches.
